Using MorningDo

MorningDo helps you schedule alarms, complete morning missions and review your routine. Use it only where you are legally able to agree to these terms; if you are a minor, involve a parent or guardian. The service is not directed to children under 13. The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms explain our service and subscription features and do not remove rights under that license or applicable consumer law.

Alarms and missions

No alarm app can guarantee you will wake up. iPhone controls, permissions, a powered-off phone, an empty battery, network availability, audio interruptions and other system conditions can affect operation. Do not rely on MorningDo as your only safeguard for safety-critical obligations. Choose movements appropriate to your ability and surroundings; stop if you feel discomfort. An emergency exit remains available.

Camera movement estimates and AI photo checks can be incorrect or unavailable. Photo verification requires an internet connection. Bedtime sessions measure elapsed tracking time and optional room-sound levels; they do not provide medical advice or measure clinical sleep quality.

Membership and free trial

US membership options are $9.99 per month with no free trial, or three days free, then $59.99 per year for eligible new annual subscribers. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility. Prices may vary by country and taxes. The exact price, billing period and trial terms shown in Apple’s purchase confirmation govern your purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase, or after the eligible trial ends. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you use the free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid a charge. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally ends future renewal while access continues for the period Apple provides; access during a cancelled trial may end immediately. See Apple’s cancellation instructions. Refund requests go through Apple’s refund process, subject to applicable law. Restore purchases in MorningDo if access is missing.

Your content and privacy

You retain rights in your photos and videos. You permit the processing needed to perform the mission and features you request. Submit only content you are entitled to use and avoid private information about others. Do not use the app unlawfully, interfere with its operation or attempt to bypass service security. The Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

Availability and changes

We may improve or change features and take reasonable steps to prevent abuse. Features may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical problems. If changes materially affect a paid service, we will provide any notice or remedies required by law. Pricing changes follow Apple’s applicable notice and consent procedures.

Rights and responsibility

MorningDo branding and software belong to their respective owners. Apple’s standard license governs app licensing and its warranty and liability provisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Illinois law applies to these supplemental service terms except where mandatory laws in your place of residence provide otherwise. There is no additional mandatory arbitration agreement in these terms.
